    Email verification & team invites

Connect Brevo so teammates verify their email on signup and can reset passwords. Then set an invite code — without it, no one else can register.

Find the API key in Brevo under SMTP & API → API Keys. The sender address must be verified in Brevo first.

    Your LinkedIn presence

    Set up your LinkedIn profile

Everything you generate — ideas, posts, checklists, metrics — is scoped to this profile, so your feed stays distinct from your teammates'.

    Ready

    You're set 🎉

Your workspace is live. Here's how the daily loop works:

    1. Daily Checklist — your routine as live checkboxes, reset each day.
    2. Ideas → Post Studio — generate, refine, watch the similarity banner, then publish manually on LinkedIn.
    3. Outreach Tracker — advance leads stage by stage; "due today" shows on your dashboard.
    4. Weekly Metrics — log your numbers every Friday for the team check-in.

    Daily research digest

Reads the pages behind your sources, extracts what matters for your segment today, and turns it into post ideas grounded in real material — the compliant way to fuel content that travels. Runs once a day per profile; Refresh re-reads everything.

Sales — won deals & revenue

Computed from the Outreach Tracker: when you mark a lead Won it asks for the deal value (e.g. 999). Win rate = Won ÷ (Won + Lost). This is the scoreboard that decides which niches get doubled down on.

Teardowns this week target 3–5 each

Free Loom teardowns are the single best predictor of $999 package sales. Counted when a lead is advanced to "Teardown sent" (it will ask for the Loom link).

    Safety rules

This system drafts and tracks. It never mass-DMs, never auto-connects, never scrapes, and never publishes without human approval. That protects all five accounts.

    Pipeline

    Create today's post — guided

The whole flow in three steps: it picks your strongest topic, asks you two quick questions about your real week, and writes a post that sounds like you — then coaches it to a high score before you publish. No expertise needed.

    1 · Research — ask anything

Tell it what to investigate and it goes out to the live social web — the communities where your niche actually talks (Reddit, Hacker News, linked articles) — then comes back with distinctive post topics and image ideas grounded in real discussions. Leave the command empty to research your niche's current pains automatically.

    More topic ideas

Fresh post ideas built from your sources, your angle, and your segment. Tip: run your Daily research digest first (Dashboard) — ideas grounded in today's reading perform best.

    Your ideas

    Refine an idea

Pick one from the list, tell it what to change, and it updates in place — or generate a fresh alternative take.

    2 · Your draft — edit & coach

Pick an idea (or type a topic), choose how it should read, generate — then make it yours before it goes anywhere.

Make it yours before it goes out

LinkedIn's algorithm detects and buries generic AI writing. Tick these honestly — edit until you can.

    Polish this draft

Pick a draft, say what to change, and it rewrites in place — or ask for a completely different take.

    4 · Publish

One-time setup. Publishing goes through Publora, which uses LinkedIn's official API — the compliant way to post from an app. Each member uses their own free Publora account: sign up at publora.com, connect your LinkedIn there, then paste your API key below (app.publora.com → Settings).

    My LinkedIn profile

This is what the AI reads before writing anything for you — the sharper your angle and voice notes, the more the drafts sound like you and the less editing they need. You can update it any time.

    Import sources from CSV

Upload many sources at once. Columns: title, type, url, content — type is url or text. Not sure about the format? Download the sample template and fill it in (opens in Excel or Google Sheets).

Sources you add or import belong to your profile only — they feed your idea generator, nobody else's.

Step 1 — Your best topic today

Chosen from your research, digest, and ideas — ranked for your niche.

    Run research

It researches as an expert digital marketer & sales strategist: live discussions and industry news for your saved audience, checked against your previous posts so topics stay fresh and your content flows.

Every good post needs substance. Pick where yours comes from — three of the four need no personal story at all.

Honesty rules are enforced: real results come from the approved proof library only; illustrative examples are always framed as examples, never as clients we had. That's what keeps every post safe to stand behind.

Edit freely in the box above. Finishing saves it to My Posts, where you can copy it any time.
